Parisian vibes and great brekkie 🥐

Loved the layout of the room, lekker decor and a fantastic view right over the Gare du Nord hustle! Staff were proper chommies, always ready with tips and help. The brekkie was loads of options for everyone, and they even had fresh juice!

Street noise was a bit intense at night, like, wow, the blerrie loud guests could keep you up!

Extremely polite staff, nice views of the garden, everything is amazing. The classic queen room is fashionable and has tea, coffee and complementary tea.

Convenient location, large bed.super staff! Delicious breakfasts!

The hotel had an outdoor garden and free coffee available 24/7. Plus, the shower was an absolute delight after a full day exploring. I loved the lovely balcony overlooking the streets.

Location, close to Gare du Nord, easy access to Airport Trains

WIFI was useless, slow and frequent timeouts not suitable for business travelers that need efficient internet connection

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for travellers to and from the UK.

great stay but needs more staff

The rooms offered a beautiful city view, a highlight of our stay. The breakfast selection provided variety, and it was enjoyable each morning. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they were quick to resolve our breakfast rate issue.

It was obvious they were short staffed.

Very quiet and comfortable room

First room given was not made up. Second room was next to a rowing couple. Luckily they went out!

Take advantage of the outdoor courtyard to relax and unwind with a drink after a long day of sightseeing.

Close to the Gare de Nord, and well appointed. Security very good with safe in room.

New Hotel and thereby a good standard of the facilities

I strongly disliked the service. The man in the reception had a heavy cold which made me clean my hands very thorughly when I came to the room. He was in a condition that he should not have worked. Paying my bill was also a problem. I asked if I could pay cash which I did. At the same time the Hotel blocked my credite card with the amount that corresponded to my room rate. The Hotel is entitled to do this BUT I want to be informed. My payment decision might had been another with that knowledge. Know I check every day on my bank account if they only have blocked or if I have been double charged. Both this experiences, cold ? payment problems make me very negative although the standard is OK.

The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices.

We booked for twin beds, but received a large double instead. This was uncomfortable as I was traveling with a friend who preferred her space. To make matters worse, the noise from the street was quite loud at night.

The hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance, even dragging luggage, from the Paris Nord train station. All staff were very friendly and helpful and recommended a very nice little restaurant around the corner. The building is modern and pleasant.

The room was a little too small for perfect comfort, but good otherwise.

They gave us a comfort queen room with modern decor, a balcony overlooking Paris, as for instance. The location was great and fantastic, specially it was near a train station which was useful. You can find L'oasis du Nord near the hotel to a have lunch.
